be submitted in person at Door Majic’s office between the hours of 9am to 11am and
1pm to 3pm, or by e-mail to: beau@doormajic.net. Or you can fill out your employment

2.All applications will be reviewed by Human Resources.
3.Only applications which are fully completed will be considered for employment.
4.A pre-placement physical and drug test are required of applicants who are offered a
position. The job offer is contingent upon an applicant passing a drug test.
